The purpose of the VF4 vacuum equipment is to have an equipment perfectly suitable for working on double glazing production lines, focusing its use on the exit of double glass process.
The VF4 model stands out for having, in addition to the suction cups, two lower supports for the glass. These two lower supports are adjustable in height and depth, allowing the VF4 to be easily adapted to the IG glass format required. The measurement between supports may vary and will be carried out according to the measures provided.
While the suction pads hold the frontal glass, the lower adjustable supports carry the weight of the rear glass, avoiding the outphasing caused by its own weight when the double glass sheet is lifted.
The working position will always be fixed vertically, for processes that do not require rotation or tilting, that is, for loading and unloading glass in warehouses, vertical CNC, double glazing lines, cutting tables that have a tilting system, etc.
At the same time it can also be used for the installation of glass on site, since the VF4 have a multi-voltage electrical connection and a double safety circuit complying with the EN-13155 standard in relation to safety in outdoor installations.
